What do I do if I believe I have a faulty pen or cartridge?
If you suspect your product is defective, you can return the item back to your original place of purchase within 365 days for a replacement. You may also visit any Genius Dispensary within 365 days for a defect replacement (taxes may apply) regardless of where you purchased. What is your return policy?
If you purchased at a Genius Dispensary: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange your item(s) at the original Genius purchase location for a cash refund within 365 days. If you no longer have your receipt, we can look up your transaction with your personal identification used to make the original purchase.
If you purchased at a dispensary or other location: Please check the return policies at your original place of purchase for exchanges or refunds.
Can someone else return my product for me?
Based on state laws and cannabis regulation Genius can only provide cash refunds for product purchased at a Genius Dispensary. The original purchaser must provide personal identification for any exchange or refund.
